The Moody Blues: Rock & Roll Video
Since The Moody Blues classic “Nights in White Satin” peaked at #2 37 years ago today, let’s watch the performing it. It was such a treat to see them play it live again when they were here in August.

NIWS is my all-time favorite Moody Blues song. When I met this guy in 1975, I had never heard of The Moody Blues, but he played their albums a lot as he was a fan of theirs. One song always stood out in the background as we talked, etc., etc. and that was NIWS. That guy is now my husband of 35 years!! I don’t know if his choice in music had anything to do with it but it sure made a fan out of me. NIWS is the one song that can sometimes just make me break down in tears with the beauty of it. We saw them last September for two concerts in Dallas and we hope to make six of their seven concerts in Florida next March. You can never get enough of that wonderful Moody Blues stuff!!!

I totally agree about The Moody Blues. I’ll still see them every chance I get. Hoping my travel schedule will take me to a city on the spring tour, as there are no Midwest dates.
