At least once a week someone on Twitter references, suggests or urges me to start the ball rolling on a Church of Rock & Roll.
It always puts a smile on my face for a few seconds, and then I move on.

Wondering who might wanna join our flock (not to be confused with A Flock of Seagulls).

Polka: what you should do instead of merely marching to the beat of a different drummer.
One of my favorite memories associated with Joni Mitchell was wandering the streets of Paris some twenty years ago singing “Free Man in Paris” at the top of my lungs. And yes, I did get many strange looks.
Here’s Joni, backed by Tom Scott and the LA Express, playing that groovy tune way back when…as an added bonus, we also get to see her do “You Turn Me On.”
Hey folks…I’m at recess this week, and the vibe here at headquarters is truly splendiferous. We’re planning some incredibly groovy stuff, and as things become official I’ll share it all here (and on Twitter) first.
