“I’m working on a dream”~Bruce Springsteen’s Rock & Roll Wisdom
“I’m working on a dream.”-Bruce Springsteen
I am always working on a dream and I have been for as long as I can remember. That’s one of the many reasons I do not have a ‘real’ job. I need the freedom to pursue my dreams without anyone telling me what I should be doing. It is simply the way my life is organized inside my crazy head.
Dreams make life vibrant and joyful. They energize us in a manner that nothing else can. There is a blissfully indescribable rush we get as we work on our dreams. Ask anyone you meet who is working on his or her dream and they will undoubtedly confirm this.
You can always tell when a person is working on a dream. There is a bounce in their step and a gleam in their eyes. They may appear distracted at times, but when you get them talking about the dream, be prepared to settle in and listen for a while.
Honest to Buddha, working on a dream is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.
If you are working on a dream, cool. I hope to hear about it one day.
If you are not currently working on a dream, what on earth could you possibly be waiting for?
