After writing about this Desert Island Disc, I stumbled upon these two Springsteen videos from the show. I couldn’t pick just one, so here are “Jungleland” and “Born to Run.”
If you saw The Boss in the 1970s, you will feel like you’re back at a show. If not, you are in for a bonafide Rock & Roll treat.

Very interesting tonal shifts on this live version compared to the recorded version. I’ll be back to comment on the Jungleland clip…

Well, I’ve always liked Jungleland better live than on the record, and this clip confirms this.
Who the heck was filming and recording with such great quality in 1975?
