Wow, that was a mouthful Dr Bop! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and, yes, that is a very cool site. Also, I probably should mention that I'm in Milwaukee, not Cleveland...although we're both GREAT rock & roll cities.

Hope Steely rocked your plimsoul! And check out, if you haven't already, the site "mybrucespringsteen.net" for THE best Bruuuuuuce fansite EVER!!! Dude attends MANY shows on tours over the past 15 years, with incredible amount of live concert vids posted on that particular site, and on his own You Tube channel.
My first time seeing Bruce was in 1972 in Bryn Mar PA at a coffee house type bar, opening for Odetta (who we had gone to see on a road trip from Cleveland....ok,ok, we also were there for the University girls)
when he was still in mostly an acoustic Dylan phase: show started with 3 or 4 solo numbers (including early versions of "Saint In The City" and "Incident On 57th St."); and THEN brought out a femae oboist and a very young looking male violinist, and did a version of "NY City Serenade" that was an ABSOLUTE MIND BLOWER!!!!! (STILL get chills just thinkin' about it!). AND THEN brought out Vinnie Lopez on drums to do very early version of "She's The One". Is it any wonder why I have been a lifelong fan of the man???
And in a related manner, aforementioned site has almost complete vids of show that Bruce did last week in NYC where he did complete Incident album in MSG....and "NY City Serenade" was excellent, but I will NEVER forget my best ever "stumble upon" concert.
PS THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all your time and effort sitewise. I live in Eastern Ontario Canada now (with many trips back to Cleveburg/NYC/New Orleans), and your missives bring back the thrill of having lived in Cleveland back when it really did rock...because record sales were always high with MANY radio stations pumpin' the rocket fuel, MANY groups (especially from GB/Europe) would do their FIRST US shows there (or 2nd after NYC). Partial list: Led Zep, Who, Kinks, Jethro Tull, Bowie (which was a particular surprise with RIP Mick Ronson just RIPPIN" the sky OPEN!!!). Suffice it to say that your site brings back the MAGIC....KEEP ON CHOOGLIN'!!!!!
